Hogan’s personality assessments are designed to evaluate all aspects of personality—the bright side, the dark side, and the inner self—giving employers an objective understanding of their people. Hogan’s three main assessments—the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), the Hogan Development Survey (HDS), and the Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI)—use various scales to create profiles that uncover competencies, potential challenges, values, and leadership traits.
